I'm Patient as Can Be....sort of

Well, is this a love song? Or one of those ambitious ballad things they throw in at the climax of a show?

Incidently,though i'm not searching terribly hard, I can't find any information about this song. I've found two other songs by the same title, but neither are the "It's Just a Matter of Time" that I'm looking for.
So, I will guess that this song is one of those original French Charles Aznavour songs that was translated into English, but I could be very wrong.

Anyway, it's a nice song...difficult to explain. Ambitious, excited, driven, I suppose.
